Outside the restricted zone we come right to your door. Not on the list? Email info@gtice.is and we’ll advise.
In the city centre the City of Reykjavík restricts larger buses, so we meet you at a numbered tour bus stop. Check the number on your voucher.
Be at your location exactly at the start of the pickup time on your voucher. Collecting everyone can take up to 30 minutes, so thank you for your patience.
Our vehicles are usually plain white vans without large side logos. Look for the GTIce sign with the name of your tour in the front window — and double-check with the driver, as many companies use the same stops.
You may wait in the hotel lobby with a view of the street; drivers can’t search inside buildings. If we can’t reach you, a missed pickup is a no-show and non-refundable.
Ships dock at Terminal 312 or 315, but there is only one pickup area for all pre-booked tours. Once you disembark, follow the signs to the main parking area marked “Booked Tours” — your GTIce driver waits there.
